Food Trucks are Back in South Jordan
This past week, I was picking up my son late from Herriman High. I was so tired from a long week already, I was happy to see that the Food Trucks are back in South Jordan, Daybreak @ Highland Park. For me, that means NO COOKING. Yay.
So many to choose from... So many people... The weather was gorgeous... What a beautiful way to wind down the week. My son and I couldn't decide what to eat. Finally, he decided on the Jamaican food truck. There was a pizza truck, ice cream, drinks, tacos, etc.

If you are in the Daybreak area, check out the trucks on Thursdays @ Highland Park - 11288 Kitty Hawk Rd., South Jordan from 5:00p - 8:00p. Oh, and bring a chair or blanket to hang out.
