Summer has definitely arrived in Utah, and this weekend's heat advisory is a reminder that temperatures are expected to climb well over 100°. As an Arizona native, I can confidently say there are a few simple ways to survive the heat:

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
  • Plan outdoor activities and errands for the early morning hours.
  • Find shade whenever possible and take breaks indoors.
  • Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle.
  • And of course, don't feel guilty about treating yourself to something cold!

I'll Be Away... But Still Available

I'll be on vacation through the end of the month, spending some much-needed time away to recharge.

A New Chapter

I'm also excited to share some professional news.

Many of my fellow agents and I are in the process of launching a brand-new brokerage here in Utah: Homes International of Utah. We're currently waiting for final approval from the State of Utah, and once that's complete, you'll begin seeing the new brokerage name on my email signature and marketing materials.

While my brokerage name is changing, one thing isn't.

My commitment to serving my clients with honesty, professionalism, and personalized service remains exactly the same. I'm incredibly excited about this next chapter and look forward to sharing more as we officially launch.
