Locally, we’re seeing buyer activity pick up quickly across the Salt Lake Valley — especially under $750K. Well-priced homes are starting to move faster, and multiple-offer situations are slowly coming back in certain areas.
Inventory is improving, but demand is right there with it — setting the stage for a competitive spring market.
