Before you head out for some spooky fun, here are 5 Halloween safety tips to keep your family, pets, and neighborhood safe!

Make sure costumes are visible after dark. Glow sticks, flashlights, and reflective tape are great ways to help drivers see trick-or-treaters. Homeowners should keep porch lights on and walkways clear.

Before the kids dive into their candy stash, take a few minutes to inspect their treats. Check for damaged packaging and be mindful of food allergies.

Halloween means more children walking through neighborhoods like Wasatch Meadows, Teton Estates, and communities throughout West Jordan. Drivers, please slow down and watch carefully at intersections and driveways.
