How I sold a Beverly Hills Condo in Utah

I'm thrilled to announce that 9233 Burton Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 has officially closed.

This was a BIG deal. It was my in-laws' condo. I had multiple people ask me "how on earth do I plan on selling a condo in Beverly Hills when you live in Utah?" I had so many obstacles with this sale, from saying "how", "can't", and "what are you doing..." All I kept on saying was WATCH ME!

Other than a few trips back to California, having a California co-agent help me, and a TC, it's still the same as being in the same location. Yes, I still have my California Real Estate License, and yes, I live in Utah!
