I have some exciting news to share with my clients, friends, and the Salt Lake area community.

I’ve recently made a company change and joined Homes International, a brand-new, locally focused real estate firm serving the Salt Lake area and surrounding Utah communities.

While the name on my email signature and marketing will be changing, the Realtor you know isn’t changing.

I’m still Nancy Bergman, your local Utah Realtor and the person you can call when you have a question about buying, selling, investing, or simply want to know what’s happening in your neighborhood’s real estate market.

Why I Made the Move...

After years in real estate, I’ve learned that the brokerage a Realtor works with can make a real difference in how that Realtor is able to serve clients.

I chose Homes International because I believe in the people behind the company and the direction they’re taking.

I made this move alongside several of my co-workers and managers from my previous company, people I know, trust, and genuinely believe in.

What attracted me most was the opportunity to be part of a local real estate firm that gives agents more flexibility and allows them to focus on individual client needs.

Real estate is personal. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, and I believe clients deserve a Realtor who has the time, flexibility, communication, and resources to treat their situation individually.

That philosophy fits the way I’ve always worked.

The short answer?

Not much changes, and that’s intentional.

My team stays intact. My commitment to my clients stays the same. And the communication and service you’ve come to expect from me remain a priority.

You may notice my email signature, branding, and company information changing over the next few days. But when you call, text, or email me, you’re still getting me... Nancy.

I’ll continue to be the Realtor who answers questions, communicates throughout the process, attends inspections when needed, helps coordinate contractors and repairs, and stays involved from beginning to end.

One of the things I’m particularly excited about with this new chapter is the ability to provide clients with more detailed local market information.

Real estate statistics for an entire city or county can be helpful—but sometimes they don't tell you what is actually happening in your neighborhood.

I’m looking forward to sharing more direct neighborhood-level real estate data, giving homeowners and buyers a better understanding of what is happening close to home.

That can include information such as:

  • What homes are actually selling for in your neighborhood
  • How quickly homes are going under contract
  • Current inventory
  • Price trends
  • Active competition
  • Recent comparable sales
  • How your neighborhood is performing compared with the broader Salt Lake County market

My goal has always been to help my clients make informed real estate decisions, not pressure them into making a decision.

I’ve been working in real estate for more than 15 years and have experience helping buyers and sellers in both Utah and California.

Since relocating from California to the Salt Lake area, I’ve developed an even deeper appreciation for what makes Utah communities unique.

I work with clients throughout Salt Lake County and the surrounding areas, including West Jordan, South Jordan, Daybreak, Herriman, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Riverton, Murray, Taylorsville, Millcreek, and Salt Lake City.

As a Realtor, I believe being local means more than knowing the streets and neighborhoods. It means understanding the people, the market, the little details that can make one neighborhood a better fit than another, and what buyers and sellers are actually experiencing right now.
