How can we help the California fire victims in Utah

For those of you that don't know, I am from California. Not originally, but my husband grew up in Pasadena. I am still a licensed realtor in California and I go back and forth a lot. 

Over the the past week, we have been glued to our TV to see if our friends and family are in the fires path. Thankfully they are not, as of now, but we been in touch with them. My husband, his parents has friends, and others whom recently lost everything. He feels lost like many... 

What can we do? There are so many scams out there. 

Helping victims of California wildfires can be done through various methods, from financial support to providing physical aid. Here are some ways you can help:

1. Monetary Donations

Financial contributions are often the most effective way to provide immediate and long-term support, as they allow organizations to respond quickly and allocate resources where needed most.

• American Red Cross: They provide emergency shelter, meals, and other assistance to families affected by wildfires. You can donate to their wildfire relief efforts.

Happy last week of 2024!

        I hope your Christmas was filled with love, joy, and all the holiday cheer! This season always reminds me how thankful I am for the amazing people in my life and the connections we’ve built. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and build on those relationships in 2025.

As 2024 comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year and share some of the highlights and lessons it brought. It’s been a year of growth and milestones, both personally and professionally, and I hope these reflections inspire and encourage you as you prepare for the year ahead.

This Year in Review 

Personal and Family: In 2024, I had the best time being a Band Mom to over 100 kids, traveling to different competitions around the state, and seeing the determination these kids have with their music is so amazing. In addition, I love it when my older kid comes home from college and tells me all about her adventures. 

I had the opportunity to travel with family and friends, creating incredible memories. This year, we spent time in Capitol Reef, Tucson, Flagstaff, Los Angeles, and the beach. 

Real Estate Highlights: As you may know, I switched companies and started my own team. I’m incredibly grateful to have assisted clients in buying, selling, and helping people turn a page in their chapter. It’s always a privilege to support and guide people through such an important milestone in their lives.

My Team and amazing Realtors: Salt Lake Home Pros is beginning to thrive! I’ve had the privilege of partnering with 3 incredible agents on their real estate career journeys. Watching them work hard, grow their businesses, and build a strong sense of community together reminds me why I’m so passionate about what I do.
