I was recently showing a home that checked almost every box.

Great location.

Smart layout.

Strong price.

Solid long-term value.

 

And then it happened.

 

BUYER: “I don’t like it… the microwave is over the stove.”

 

First — I get it. We all have preferences. You’re picturing your daily routine, your kitchen flow, your future mornings. Details matter.

 

But here’s the truth: no house is absolutely perfect. If it were, it likely wouldn’t be in your budget — or it would already be sold.

 

The Real Question Isn't "Is It Perfect?"

The real question is: Does it check the boxes that matter most?

 

When buying a home, the big rocks should always come first:
